My name is Anastasis, a self taught artist, working professionally, in mainly portraiture, for almost thirty years.
I currently live on the beautiful island of Cyprus, in the Mediterranean with my loving family.
My main medium of art that I use is charcoal and soft pastel pencils. This is where, in my experience, I can truly express my love for the art, You can see an example of my work in the photo above, of Albert Einstein that I drew in 1995, rendered in charcoal and white pastel on grey paper.
These days, I devote a lot of my time producing portraits for my clients with a difference. An example of this is a portrait portraying humor, whereas I take the drawing of ones head and add it to the body of a different character, such as a superhero.
